We offer same- day delivery for all orders placed before 1pm (AEST) Monday to Friday and 12pm for same day delivery on Saturday, unless we reach our daily capacity earlier. All orders will be delivered between 9am and 6pm, Monday to Saturday.
If our couriers are unable to leave your flowers (because it is unsafe to do so, or the delivery address is incorrect), the order is returned to our design studio. Our team will then get in touch to reschedule your delivery. In these instances, a re-delivery fee will apply.
Order tracking for all deliveries will be via SMS notifications.
