We offer same- day delivery for all orders placed before 2pm (AEST) Monday to Friday and 12pm for same day delivery on Saturday, unless we reach our daily capacity earlier. All orders will be delivered between 9am and 5pm, Monday to Saturday. We do not deliver on Sunday’s or Public holidays with the exception of Valentine’s Day & Mother’s Day.

If our couriers are unable to leave your flowers (because it is unsafe to do so, or the delivery address is incorrect), the order is returned to our design studio. Our team will then get in touch to reschedule your delivery. In these instances, a re-delivery fee will apply.

We offer a flat- rate delivery price for the Hills and North Rocks areas.
